A welcoming and supportive yoga class designed as a safe space to move, breathe, and be 🌊 Through a blend of movement, breath, and mindful awareness, students build strength, flexibility, and confidence while reconnecting with their bodies. This class offers a calm, judgment-free environment with no pressure or expectations ~ just space to show up as you are and move at your own pace. Designed with ages 12+ in mind, this class is open to anyone looking to reset, recharge, and find their flow.
