Wild Grove: Nature-Based Wellness & Movement Studies
What Is Wild Grove?
Wild Grove is a nature-based learning experience designed to support children in understanding their bodies, their energy, and how to move through the world with confidence and awareness.
Through gentle yoga, movement, breathwork, and foundational wellness education, children begin to explore how their bodies work, how to regulate their nervous system, and how to build strength, balance, and focus in a way that feels natural and supportive.
This program is especially supportive for homeschool families looking to bring movement, health, and real-world body awareness into their child’s learning in a meaningful way.

Your Guide at The Grove
At The Beaded Yoga & Wellness, this work is rooted in a deep respect for the body, the nervous system, and the natural rhythms we all move through.
With a background in yoga, integrative health, herbal studies, and nervous system support, each class is designed to meet children where they are ~ offering guidance, structure, and space to explore safely and confidently.
This is not about perfection or performance. It’s about helping children build awareness, resilience, and a connection to themselves that they can carry with them as they grow.
Each session is designed to be supportive, structured, and engaging. Children are guided through movement, simple education, and moments of stillness in a way that helps them build awareness without pressure.
They are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop a connection to their body and breath that feels natural and empowering.
This is not about perfection or performance. It’s about helping children build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves in a way that supports them both in and outside of class.
