From Artisan to Healer
My journey has always been about the art of creation. For years, I expressed this as a Jewelry Artisan, focusing on the fine details of crafting beauty by hand. Today, I bring that same "maker’s heart" and intentionality to the art of holistic healing. I believe that healing, like jewelry, is a process of refining, polishing, and honoring the material we are working with.
A Foundation of Resilience
I don’t just teach wellness; I have lived the grueling process of reclaiming it. My practice is deeply informed by my own medical journey, which has tested my strength and reshaped my perspective:
-
Survival: Overcoming two life-threatening bleeding ulcers and the loss of seven bags of blood.
-
Physical Recovery: Navigating a two-level low back fusion and a year-long battle with MRSA (contracted 6x).
These experiences transformed my understanding of the human body. They taught me that no matter how "broken" we may feel, there is always a path back to wholeness.
