Who is Kimmie?
Creating spaces for rest, connection, and coming home to yourself.
Welcome.
If you've found your way here, perhaps it isn't by accident.
Life moves through seasons.
Some seasons bring joy and growth. Others bring grief, chronic illness, caregiving, loss, and moments that leave us wondering who we are and where we belong.
I know those seasons.
I have walked through seasons that changed me forever.
Seasons that brought profound loss, rebuilding, exhaustion, and learning how to find myself again.
I know what it feels like when life changes you.
To question who you are.
To carry too much.
To long for peace, belonging, and a place where your soul can finally exhale.
Those seasons taught me compassion.
They taught me that healing is not linear.
They taught me that strength can be gentle and that sometimes what we need most is a place to rest, to be seen, and to know we are not alone.
The Beaded Yoga & Wellness was born from those experiences.
I created the place I once needed.
A place for difficult seasons.
A place for rest.
A place for connection.
A place where people can come exactly as they are and gently find their way back to themselves.
I have walked through seasons of loss, chronic illness, caregiving, rebuilding, and learning how to find myself again.
There were moments I felt exhausted.
Moments I felt broken.
Moments I felt completely alone.
And through it all, I found myself returning again and again to the things that grounded me:
Nature
Quiet moments
Tea and ritual
Yoga and breath
Community
These things didn't "fix" me.
But they helped me remember who I was beneath everything life had placed upon my shoulders.
My heart's work has never simply been about teaching yoga.
It has always been about people.
Holding space.
Offering gentleness.
Helping others navigate life's changing seasons with compassion and hope.
Yoga, nature, ritual, wellness, herbs, and community are simply some of the ways I hold that space.
Because through life's seasons, we all deserve reminders that we do not have to walk alone.
What I Believe
I believe:
Life changes us.
Healing is not linear.
Nature is medicine.
Rest is productive.
We are allowed to become someone new.
And no one should have to walk difficult seasons alone.
Where My Soul Comes Home
Standing beneath those mountains feels like coming home to my soul."
The Beartooth Mountains are more than a beautiful place to me. They are one of the only places I have ever truly felt I belonged. There is a peace there that settles deep into my soul—a feeling of being held by the mountains, the open sky, and the quiet of nature.
Nature has always been where I return to myself. The forests, horses, changing seasons, and mountain landscapes remind me to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember who I am.
When I'm Not Teaching...
When I am not teaching or creating, you'll usually find me spending time in nature, dreaming of horses and mountain mornings, enjoying tea, learning something new, or simply appreciating the quiet moments that nourish my soul.
Through Life's Seasons, We Find Solace.
Though it's your path to walk, may you never walk it alone.

Together, we cultivate a supportive space that empowers you to discover balance and inner peace.
