As we move into higher energy centers, we reach Anja, the Third Eye. This is the seat of your intuition and inner wisdom. In this session we slow down the physical movement to balance and stillness, using forward folds and "gazing" techniques to quiet the mind and listen to the soul's whisper. Your bead for this week is Amethyst. This deep purple stone is legendary for it's ability to still the mind, enhance intuition, and provide a protective shield of light around your aura as you deepen your spiritual sight. We crown the strand. Bring all your stones with you to create a sacred circle around your mat for our final meditation.
