Service Description
A private small-group wellness program for children ages 6–11. Sessions may include yoga, movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, relaxation techniques, and age-appropriate wellness education. Designed to support focus, self-regulation, confidence, emotional well-being, and healthy movement in a fun and supportive environment.

Book up to 2 months in advance.
Please allow 15 minutes before class for instructor setup and space preparation.
