Service Description

Week 2 moves us into Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra~ the center of our emotions, creativity, and adaptability. Just as a strand must be flexible to keep from snapping, our energy must be allowed to flow. In this session, we move through fluid, hip-opening sequences designed to release stagnant energy and invite joy back into the body. Upon completion of this class, you will earn your second bead:Carnelian. This vibrant stone is a powerhouse for motivation and endurance, acting as a reminder to embrace change and trust your creative instincts.
