Root & Rise is a lower-body focused strength class designed to build stability, increase hip mobility, and create powerful foundational support from the ground up. Through intentional holds, controlled transitions, and deep hip activation, you’ll strengthen the muscles that support your pelvis, spine, and overall posture. This isn’t just stretching — it’s strength with depth. Expect: • Long, steady holds • Glute and inner thigh activation • Deep hip openers • Core stability work • Grounded, intentional pacing You’ll leave feeling strong, rooted, and empowered — not rushed or depleted. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, build strength, or simply reconnect to your foundation, this class helps you rise by first learning how to root. All levels welcome with modifications offered.
