This lower-body focused strength class is not just stretching—it's strength with depth. Through intentional holds, controlled transitions, and deep hip activation, you'll strengthen the muscles that support your pelvis, spine, and overall posture. Each 60-minute session includes:
Long, steady holds to build endurance
Glute and inner thigh activation for functional strength
Deep hip openers to increase mobility
Core stability work for spinal support
Grounded, intentional pacing that honors your body's needs
