Journey Through the Seasons

Nature changes with the seasons. So do we.

Life isn't lived in a straight line. There are times to grow, times to rest, times to let go, and times to begin again. Just as nature moves through its seasonal cycles, we all experience seasons within our own lives.

At The Beaded Yoga & Wellness, we use the rhythms of nature as a gentle framework for wellness, reflection, and growth. Drawing inspiration from the Celtic Wheel of the Year, lunar rhythms, Ayurveda, yoga, herbs, and mindful living, we invite you to discover what resonates with your journey.

There is no right or wrong path. Take what serves you. Leave what doesn't. Our hope is simply to offer tools, guidance, and community that support you wherever you are in life.

Every Journey Begins Somewhere

No matter where you are in life, there is always a place to begin. Some seasons invite growth, others encourage rest, reflection, or renewal. Our programs are designed to walk alongside you as the year unfolds.

July – October

The beginning.

Build healthy habits.
Create routines.
Reconnect with yourself.
Move from surviving toward living.

This is where many people start.

The Wheel Turns

As summer gives way to autumn, we pause to reflect on how far we've come and prepare for the season ahead.

A Seasonal Gathering

Late October

A pause.

The harvest is complete.

Take time to reflect on what you've learned, honor what has shaped you, and release what no longer serves you before entering the quieter season.

Gathering the Harvest

With the harvest complete, we gather what will sustain us through the quieter months~ finding warmth in community, nourishment, and simple rituals.
